“The Hospitality ministry works diligently to make preparation for special guests that come in to minister or visit, as well as, special events or services that are connected to Livingway.

“We believe that everyone that comes to our church home should feel the warm welcome that the Livingway Church Family is known for.  Genesis 1:27 tells us that “God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.”  Knowing this, we strive for excellence, treating each individual as the royalty they are.  This ministry is always known to leave a lasting impact on our special visitors. 

Members often find themselves responsible for hotel check-in, preparation of hospitality baskets, trays, meals, greeting visitors, event registration, setting up and taking down guest preparations, and other behind the scenes tasks from time to time. Although the time commitment is minimal, the impact is eternal.

“Do not forget to entertain strangers, for by so doing some have unwittingly entertained angels.”  Hebrews 13:2 NKJV

All that is required is a loving heart, a welcoming smile, and a willingness to serve. On occasion, color coordinated attire may be required for easy visibility.  The members of the ministry are known to focus on the needs of others rather than those of their own.  If you possess that God-given ability to love and care for others, the Hospitality Ministry is for you.
