J.A.M. is Livingway’s ministry to our children, ages three through twelve. The children’s ministry meets every Wednesday evening at 7:00 PM, the same time the adults enjoy the “Wednesday Word and Worship” Service. We have mighty anointed teachers who pour the Love of Jesus and the knowledge of His Word into the lives of your children.

Every Service begins with all ages combined for corporate praise and worship. Whether in dance or song, our praise leaders provide an electrifying atmosphere where your children are free to worship in Spirit and in Truth.

We provide your children with an opportunity to build their faith and to learn to be cheerful givers as they sew seed into the Kingdom of God. Each week a different child is asked to volunteer to pray over our offering. We also have “Junior Ushers” that perform the same role as our Ushers in the main sanctuary.

“Let them praise his name in the dance: let them sing praises unto him with the timbrel and harp.”  Psalm 149:3

Prayer is also a vital part of every service. Your children are given the opportunity to pray, to request prayer for any needs, to receive Christ into their hearts, and to give praise reports!

Every week a different teacher will give a five minute devotional that is suitable for all ages. We encourage your children to bring their Bibles to church and assist them in finding scripture.

All new members or visitors are greeted with our very own JAM Welcome Song. Visitors are introduced to all the children and staff and are welcomed with big smiles and warm hearts. We want your child’s visit to be one that they will remember!

After our corporate service the children are dismissed with their teachers for their age group. Each classroom is equipped with two instructors. Your children are taught Bible lessons that are age appropriate and are provided with a light snack.
 
We also have a designated classroom that is used as a study hall. If your child has homework, they are given the opportunity to bring their homework and complete it. Our staff is more than willing to assist your child with any questions they may have.

As you can see our Children’s Ministry is one that demonstrates love and encouragement to all children. We want to see your children grow into the wonderful men and women that God has called them to be. Jesus loves you, we bless you, and we are blessed by you and your children!
