It has been said that one never gets a second chance to make a first impression.  That is why we place great importance on a person’s first impression of Livingway Church.  Where does that first impression take place?  As one pulls into the parking lots of Livingway Church!

Our Parking Ministry participants are the first friendly faces that both our visitors and our church family members see.

“A man that hath friends must shew himself friendly:
” Proverbs 18:24

As we continue to add to our facilities, obviously, our parking areas must increase in size as well.  And as our parking areas increase, so must the number of parking personnel within this ministry.

One of Livingway’s goals is to create a traffic jam every Sunday for Jesus!  But another of our goals is to get everyone safely in and out of our parking lots in the midst of our weekly traffic jams!

Our Parking Ministry members are the people that make that happen for us, week in and week out as well as on special occasions when Livingway hosts guest ministries.

“Finally, be ye all of one mind, … be courteous:” 1 Peter 3:8

In addition to our existing parking area for the physically challenged, it is our desire to create a special parking area for our Senior Saints as well.  Eventually, we would like for that area to become ‘valet parking’.  Our Parking Ministry will be the one that will bring that to pass at the appointed time.
